„DJI RoboMaster S1“ yra pirmasis „DJI“ robotas, kuris neskraido danguje, o cirkuliuoja per žemę ir kuris siūlo robotikos naujoves per edukacinį komponentą.
Robotas sugeba atpažinti garsus ir reaguoti į juos, atpažinti objektus ir netgi bendrauti su kitais robotais. Jo funkcijos apima stebėjimą, regos žymeklių atpažinimą, stebėjimo režimą, gestų ir plojimų atpažinimą arba, kaip minėjome, kitų S1 robotų atpažinimą. Jame taip pat bus modernesnės programavimo sistemos, kad ekspertai galėtų sukurti savo funkcijas.
